At Flow we are excited by the modern forms gymnastics takes on. The focus of ‘Flow Tumbling’ is both mastery of skill i.e. gymnastics precision and execution, coupled with personal creative performance (as opposed to externally scripted and judged competition).
Gymnastics Tumbling is also a great foundation for Parkour, Martial Arts Tricking, and Hip-Hop Breaking.
On Sunday night I did my first ever backflips at Flow. The instruction and spotting was very helpful. My friends and I also had a lot of fun learning some of the simpler circus movements.

In Gymnastics Tumbling we have a focus on floor skills – learning to twist, flip and land with great power and control with a creative freestyle twist. While floor is our main focus, other pieces of equipment and physical conditioning and flexibility are integral to performance.
